| Tissue buffer is more effectively pre-warmed using heat-exchanging coils and fed to jacketed baths gravitationally. Gravity feeding provides excellent temperature and flow control of tissue preparations and also keeps the buffer and heated water in closed loops so that there is no contamination. Heat exchanger standard coil volume is 25ml to 50ml. |
